As we enter the month of June, many people look forward to warmer weather, vacations, and a change of pace. Yet for followers of Christ, every season is also an opportunity to draw nearer to God and deepen our commitment to His Word.
The world around us is filled with competing voices. News headlines, social media, entertainment, and cultural pressures constantly seek our attention. If we are not careful, these voices can drown out the still, small voice of God speaking through Scripture.
The mission of Knights of the Word is as important today as ever. A knight stands watch, remains vigilant, and defends what is true. In the same way, believers are called to guard their hearts and minds by faithfully studying, obeying, and proclaiming God's Word.
This month, I encourage every member to renew their commitment to daily Bible reading. Do not approach Scripture merely as a duty but as a privilege. Within its pages we find wisdom for life's decisions, strength for spiritual battles, comfort in times of sorrow, and hope for the future.
God's Word is not outdated. It is living, powerful, and relevant to every generation. When confusion arises, Scripture provides clarity. When temptation comes, Scripture equips us for victory. When discouragement threatens, Scripture reminds us of God's faithfulness.
As knights serving the King of Kings, let us put on the full armor of God and wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Let us be men and women who not only know the truth but live it boldly before a watching world.
May this June be a month of spiritual growth, steadfast faith, and renewed devotion to Christ. May the Lord strengthen your walk, bless your families, and use you as faithful ambassadors of His Kingdom.
Stand firm. Stay vigilant. Remain faithful to the Word.
